at the end of the wee .. kind of tingles uncomfortably (not at the end of the urethra)

sounds a bit like cystitis to me. if so, loads of water and cranberry juice should help

Sounds like a Urinary Tract Infection maybe?

bicarb of soda in water is also good, makes the wee less acidic

Defo sounds like a UTI lots of water to flush it through.....
