Hi all, just after some advice really. DD started coughing about 4am this morning, strange rough sounding cough. Sounds loose. Nothing else seemingly wrong, no temperature, she says nothing hurts, spirits are good, although she has been a little quieter and happy to sit and cuddle today.
Anyway, she went to bed tonight no fuss just after 7pm, but woke after an hour or so, coughing really violently, gagging and crying. I had given her Nurofen at 6.30pm so gave her some Calpol and kept her up for 10minutes so she could calm down. She went back to bed ok about 45 mins ago and all seems well. She wasn't hot at all.
Any ideas what this could be? What can I do to help her? She can't have any more meds til 11pm ish. We're in for a long night I fear
