It can be a crap condition to have.
Get yourself checked out by GP and referred to dermatology.
It is a chronic condition but there are things that can be done to make life easier.

Hope you get some help.

I am interested in hs so can tell you some about it. Also called acne inversa. It often starts in children before puberty. Boils come up in moist pressured areas--underarms, under breasts, upper thighs, butt crack. For some reason it is more common in dark skinned people. Boils come up and can be linked by tunnels (tracts). Many docs have not heard of it.

It is hard to treat. Antibiotics do not help much. What does help many people is a spice called turmeric. You can get capsules to take at Walmart--many other places too. You can get the turmeric out of capsule and mix it with neosporin and apply to boil. Often that starts it tingling within ten minutes or so!

It's nast, lifelong, hard to treat, so I think the fact that turmeric helps is a god send. there are forums talking about this.
