D & V and breastfeeding

Hi, I'm suffering badly with vomiting and diarrhoea and for the first time ever I can't even keep fluid down. This started at about 11 am.
I'm bf my 9 month old and I'm wondering when I should start to worry about dehydration for him, and then for me?

Now.

Go and get rehydrated on a drip. My wife suffered from this when breastfeeding and we went straight to A&E. She was rehydrated and then given anti spasmodics and anti emetics.
