I've had a bloody, mucus-like discharge for the past few days - no pain and no cramping. It's very different to usual discharge. I've had Mirena in for 18 months and haven't had a bleed/period since insertion. I get occasional crampy twinges but otherwise no problems at all. I've phoned GP surgery - no appointments for 10 days 
. Anyone had anything like this? TIA
