I had my ds 14 weeks ago. I had a tough time afterwards due to awful infection in cs incision. It took a long time to recover. I now feel back to normal,aside from my legs.
My knees really seem to be stiff like they have seized up. My job prior to having the baby meant I stood all day everyday which I'm obviously not doing now. This seems to gave got really painful,I really wince when I'm bending. It feels fine when I'm walking or standing. My baby is at the upper percentile. I am overweight but back to pre baby weight.
It is in both knees & I have tried heat packs,hot baths etc. Is this common & one of the things no one ever told me?
