Sharp pain top of right ribs

Can't breath in without a piercing in my ribs.... been like it 15mins, is it something to worry about do you think? Or just one of those things that will go as quick as it came?

How is your breathing otherwise?
Have you tried phoning NHS Direct, or your GP?
Whereabouts is the pain?

It's OK... I ran a super hot shower and the steam helped...still feels a bit sore though - was a little worried at first as at home on my own with 3 little ones!
