Niggly lower back pain, could it be kidneys?

For the past couple of months I've had a dull ache in my lower back on the right hand side just below rib cage. It is not excruciating so I have been ignoring it. However I have noticed a couple of other things, such as random itching on palms of hands and soles of feet, slightly darker urine than normal and fatigue so I made the mistake of looking on google. Doh.

About a year ago I had a routine urine test which showed blood and lucozytes in my urine on two consecutive days. I went to the GP as advised for further tests but they said it was all within normal levels.
Anyone got any experience of similar symptoms?

The dark urine and itchiness could be a coincidence and not related, especially as the urinalysis showed normal levels. Consider seeing a BCA registered chiropractor for a spinal joint check up. They will usually do a free initial check up. Here is the BCA website www.chiropractic-uk.co.uk/

How old are you?

Could it be perimenopause?
The backache and fatigue are symptoms I've been having (I'm 45)
