does anyone know where i can get some cheep but good splints from my hands fingers wrists are sore :(

Poor you, GP/hospital can usually provide beige ones, but there are others like this or this that can be worn day and night.

I just picked one up in my local pharmacy when I had CT problems during pregnancy.
