BPPV ...... please tell me about it

i have been having dizzy spells for almost 4 weeks now and was prescribed tablets from the GP which didnt help at all.

i went back to see him today and i have stopped the tablets - he now thinks i have BPPV, and do some Brandt-Daroff exercises and see him again next week.

do these exercises help? any other advice?
