sore itchy tongue

Anyone any idea why or what i can do about it?
I have very sore tongue at the tip - it itches so I am constantly rubbing it against my bottom teeth so probably making it sorer.

Oral allergy syndrome?

What did you eat before it started?

Not sure it has followed anything I have eaten but tomatoes do make it worse
