Worth every penny. Do you take them regularly?
In absolute desperation I had 3 last Friday, 2 on Saturday then one a day since.

-Dare not take 3 would never get off the bog! I take 1 a day missing one day if bowels too brisk IYSWIM. What am I doing telling the world about my bowel habits. As a thought there is Movicol Half which I am sure you can buy over the counter Good crapping,xx

Have you tried Lactulose? It's very good for helping constipation, and can be bought OTC.
