This is a bit weird. I keep getting what looks and feels like heat rash on the inside of my thighs. You know, like you've been wearing a skirt and walking, and your thighs have rubbed together? Chafed and sore. Except I haven't been hot, or had chafing thighs, or anything like that. My thighs feel like they're on fire, I've been wearing jeans all day. Had the same thing last night, lots of aqueous cream before bed but woke up this morning and they were back to being sore.

Anyone else had anything like this? Hmm

Could it be an allergy? Have you changed your washing powder/shower gel to a different brand?

Actually yes I have, but it's one we've used before Confused.

I've had a brazilian wax done about 3 weeks ago now, wonder if it's anything to do with that? Not likely but still it's all I can think of.

An allergy sounds most likely, but if it's red and sore it could be something fungal. DH had this once - it was essentially Athlete's Foot, but on his inner thighs (nice!). Some cream from the doc cleared it up.

I started getting this over 10yrs ago. I get it aprox once a year. It lasts for a few weeks and then just seems to burn itself out iukwim. I dont know what starts it or why. On one or two occassions it got so bad i was sctatching my skin with a hairbrush. At these times i have had to use a steroid cream or an over the counter cream that contains a little antibiotic.

Is it like a nettlerash kind of thing? I've had that (often when run down). I find witch hazel gel soothing and an antihistimine helps
