Bit my tongue in my sleep last night! Got woken up by the pain and taste of blood in my mouth. Sore and swollen today - anyone else done this? I've been stressed lately and wondering if that's the cause. Luckily, found some Bonjela, think I'll get through the whole tube today. Will need to avoid fruit juice/salt and vinegar crisps etc. for a while
