Immunisation - would you give them extras?

We are off to the US for crimbo
It is DH's homeland and MIL is a doc
They give more childhood immunisations than here in the UK

Given the choice would you get the extra immunisations??

I'm only giving examples of data given by the meningitis research foundation 3 weeks ago the thread isn't about JCVI but whether blondeinlondon is having extra vaccines.

I think this thread should end now as it will go on forever !! we have all said our piece and i fully understand everyones situation is different, they are your children and your choices but from someone who knows first hand the effects of childhood diseases my opinion and my choice would be that i would give my Dd2 every available vaccine in the world if it ment less chance of her becoming ill and me losing another child and our lives being totally devestated.
