and I'm a bit Hmm about it!

C0-codamol 30/500mg - 2 tabs 4xa day
Naproxen 250mg - 2 tabs twice a day (12 hours apart)
Tramadol Hydrochloride 50 mg 2 tabs twice a day (12 hours apart)
Amitryptiline 50mg at night

She syas its quite safe for me to take 2 co-codamol, 2 tramadol, 2 naproxn and 50mg of Amitriptylineevery night at bedtime!

She increased the Amitryp to 50mg as I have got a depression flare up too.

I also take 3 x blood pressure meds every morning and citalopram 40mg every morning.

I have got a horrifically bad flare up of my Fibro at the minute and I am seeing the Rheumy in a couple of months, but I feel a bit unsure about taking so many different meds

Wow. I used to take amytriptline and tramadol but not that high a dose of either and it made me feel so bad that I stopped taking them. It was like I was in a fog all the time.
Can you ask for a referral to the pain clinic.

I find the tramadol 50mg SR works really well as you get an even dose, so less side effects.

If the Naproxen and Tramadol are slow release, then that gives you a background pain relief and you could use the co codamol as it suits you.

BTW, my mum is on that sort of combo atm, but higher doses and isn't having side effects
