Hi, I am an older mum and thought I pretty much knew all about basic first aid...............WRONG. A few weeks ago I went on one, 3 hours on a Sat morn and I soon realised I would have been useless in a serious situation. Also techniques,methods have changed and we all need "refresher" courses.
