Is this a new symptom of ME/Fibromyalgia or is it something 'new' & 'exciting'

It's so easy to hang any new symptom on the ME/FM hook but is it?

I have neuralgia all up the inside of my forearm

It's so annoying but not actually hurting (iyswim)

Any ideas?

I must amdit I tend to think that every single ache pain tingle headache etc is part of my FM.

Anyway, back to OP - i get this a lot, it's a weired feeling, I described it being like wearing a BP cuff which is irritating one nerve and making it sore and tingly

Ah well at least it's FM nothing new
