Dd seems to have had a permanent cold

since she started nursery 3 months ago!!!

As soon as she gets rid of it it comes back a few days later.

Is there anything I can do?

probably not, mine have runny noses all winter.

have you given a thought to visiting a cranioesteopath? sometimes repeated bug catching can be due a physiological missalignment? have known children who have benefitted and others who just caught them for less time.

We had one winter like that, when the children seemed to catch every cold in the universe, thankfully they do seem to have got some immunity now!
