Sorry for the TMI, but for the last few days I have had very sore breasts. Taking my bra off in the evening is very sore as they just feel so heavy. It is stopping me sleeping well as if I roll onto my front or side in the night (I am a DD) it hurts and wakes me up.
I thought it might be my bra as I had been wearing the same one for a few days so changed it, but it has made no difference.
It is not like period sore boobs, and it is in both of them. What could it be?
I am 24 and otherwise healthy btw.
