Hi. I am going through an early menopause, coping with it pretty well apart from the burning feet all night! Anybody have any tips please?

My MIL has this. No advice I'm afraid. Could you hang your feet out of the bed at night?

I am using a magnet thingy for menopausal symptoms from boots and have not had any hot flushes at night since using it.

I have had this for years, don't think it is to do with menopause as have been tested for that.
One GP gave me steriod injections in heels of feet - not recommended and didn't work.
The only thing I can say is keep your feet uncovered and try some mint cooling gel which you can get from bodyshop.
Sorry not more help.

Thanks for trying to help. I am going to try both of your ideas.
