I started on a two week course of Naproxen a little over a week ago for a muscular injury. Period was due yesterday and no sign of it, only ever been 'late' once in my life before, cycle is normally dead on 28 days or a day early.
I know Naproxen is used in the treatment of painful periods and is meant to reduce blood loss, anyone know if this could also delay the start of a period by a couple of days?
