A women friendly gym

Hi ladies, I have just moved to the area and am still struggling to get back into my pre Olive jeans!!. Does anyone know of a good gym in the area? I live near Ladbroke Grove tube station. x

Hi Frances,
I have been going to a great gym called W10 Performance (.com). Women friendly, but they still work you hard, great vibe! My back had stopped hurting and I have even started loosing the flabby bits round my middle!! :) You should def check them out!
