it's started up again. Fresh blood and huge clots (10p size) that look like jelly. I have fibroids. I know this isn't normal, I can't get to the GP though as it's Monday evening. Has anyone else had this and it's gone without treatment? I have no pain at all. Sorry for the gory details.

Could you have been pg?
If not it sounds like an endometrial cast?
Are ur periods normal normally? Any pain? Any history of endometriosis?

No, not at all. It would have to be the immaculate conception. No endometriosis, just fibroids. No pain, periods are usually heavy for 3 days, light for 2.
