DS - very soft poos and smells like sick... Could this be anything?

DS has just done a poo in his nappy for the first time in a long time. I have noticed his poos had seemed soft, but not worried. But when I saw his nappy, it was like a not long weaned one (ie not a 'log' but yellowish and very soft). It also had a strong sicky smell. Could this be a sign of an intolerance? Should I visit the dr? I think I will, but seem to be there a lot recently!

Thanks

teething

I'm guessing he's abut 12 - 18 months old and he's cutting molars

Sorry, we've been on holiday, so I didn't see your replies.

He's 3.5 years.... and has all of his teeth. I've not really noticed before now as he's potty trained, so I never really get to look closely at the poo!
