I quit about 3 years ago when I found out I was pregnant and then started again about a year ago.

Anyone want to quit with me and support each other?

Maybe we could have a cigarette to celebrate...oh wait...

I have chocolate pudding and wine to help. I hope that helps.

I have some gum, but the real test will be next week when we're on holiday and I have a glass of wine.

I'm having wine right now. The only thing stopping me smoking is that there are none in the house and I'm in my PJs!

I might get one of those electronic ciggies.

I stopped yesterday but only lasted until the evening when I had two. today i was very stressed and bought a packet but have only had three. I am going to do it but gradually...am buying an e cigarette from amazon. I know i can do it! did before for 5 years just Dad dying and lots of stress made me start again but wish you every sucess in giving up :) will try to do it with you too
