Fuckit! have had allergic reaction to eyelash dye!!

got more and more itchy
woke up after crsuty eye night
bright red swollen itchy eyes
look gorgeous!

Didn't you have a patch test first?

Any good salon will insist on a patch test for exactly this reason. If it is just swelling (ie you are not going blind) Then bathe with cool water and leave them alone. It should improve within a day or two.

Lesson learned!

nope no patch test
had it done about 5 weeks previously and they were quite itchy afterwards but ok after a day or so
now they are bright red exorcist like and weeping

have drops from doc
no difference yet ...have to go to work like this

Quite often its only once you use something for the second time do you actually become allergic - you mentioned they itched last time, did that not give you some idea you might be allergic!!

Did you have a patch test done the first time?
