Dd has had stinky breath for about 5 days and sounds a bit croaky but hasnt been complaining of a sore throat. Any ideas?

Sounds like a throat infection. Take her to the doc. OK, no sore throat, but could still be an infection.

Thanks, I was thinking that, she has had glandular fever 3 times in two years so im hoping its not that.

DD has been exactly the sme. As a dentist, I have checked her teeth, gums etc and all is fine so have put it down to an infection so have had her gargling salt water (and it seems to be inproving)

DD1 always gets this with tonsilitis, she never complains of a sore throat, funnily enough. I've nearly missed the cause several times.

Tonsilitis.

My ds has this, also never says his throat is sore, just bad breath!
