Unhealthy tongue?

When my DD was brushing her teeth this morning, I noticed it had a creamy coloured coating to it. Could it be just one of those things or does it mean, as I am wondering, that DD may have an infection? Can anyone help?

does she have a cold at the mo? my DD has had a bad one, and where she has been breathing through her mouth at night her tounge has been a bit gammy. or could be thrush?

She had a cold a week ago, and does have a bit of a cough. She is, however sniffing a lot. Perhaps this has something to do with it.

my dd had a bad cold and her tongue was also very white, and it wasn't thrush. Could be the same for your dd.
