Saw this mentioned on the relationships forum but I just wondered if anyone here has tried it & what they thought. Im' a bit stressed just now, house-sale,DH's possible redundancy, heavy workload & I haven't had any libido for about 5 years . Apparently it's good for depression, nervous exhaustion & to boost the other. I've been on anti-d's before for years & I know this is just a temporary hard-time so I really don't want to go to GP's as I'm not really down just a bit tense.
If you've tried it did it work, did you notice any side effects & would you recommend it to a friend? I've posted this on the Products thread but I think they must be too healthy to need it
