tummy upset during periods??

Does anyone else get this? Its only started since having my two children. As if having a period wasnt enough to deal with on its own!! If anyone else gets this, how do you deal with it?

Yes I get this nearly every month. Not full on squits but a bit iykwim. Not much I can do about it but if yours is really bad you could maybe take ammonium or something?

Its actually quite common but can also be a sign of endometriosis, so if you can see any blood etc go and mention it to your doctor.
