Severe rash after MMR vaccine

My little girl had her MMR recently, and 10 days later small spots appeared all over her torso, front & back. By day 11 these had merged into classic measles blotches and spread to her entire body and its been like that for 2 days.
Luckily she has no fever and is eating well, just a bit grumpy...
NHS Direct say its just a reaction to the vaccine, but did anyone else's child have such a severe rash after the MMR?

My little man got a reaction to the singles when he was younger, wathc out if she has any other jabs. We now have to be very careful with him.

it could be a measles rash, you can get this from the vaccine, but i don't know of any complications. If she is ok don't worry.
