I woke up in the morning with an aching back, knees and a pair of really painful wrist joints to the point I could barely plug the hairdryer in. A couple of hours later I discovered a swollen neck gland located just under my earlobe (I googled which suggested it was the parotid gland). On top of this I feel really weepy. I have recently been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and was wondering if the swollen gland and wrist pain has any connection, I'm going to try to get an appointment with docs tomorrow.
