The last week-ish I've been bone tired, to the point where I can barely drag myself out of bed, and I'll sleep until I'm woken - even if that's 11am. It was OK when DH was on holiday, but now he's back at work I need to get up to look after DS (8m) and I'm really struggling.
I did think it was because I've not done as much exercise as I had been doing (I abandoned the Shred 2 weeks ago
), but I did some yesterday morning and I still feel knackered (normally I get a pretty rapid energy boost). Also, I haven't been sedentary.
The last two days I've also felt a bit background headachey and dizzy, and occasionally nauseous.
Is there something going around? If so, does anyone know how long it might last?
In the meantime, has anyone got any tried and tested "pep yourself up" remedies please?
