Can certain foods give you the shits even though they don't cause you any other symptoms of intolerance?
I love peanut butter. I am not in the slightest allergic to nuts - I eat them all the time. But since I bought a jar of pb a few weeks back I have realised that I get the runs within 30 mins of eating some. I coudln't work out what was causing it before but I had a lightbulb moment this morning! It has to be the pb - there is no other common factor.
Anyone experienced this? Or am I imagining it?
