The British Heart Foundation are holding a massive Zumbathon at the DonValley Stadium on Sunday 10th July 2011.
It's open to everyone, of all ages and all abilities..... Young and old, boys and girls......
If you have a group of Mums from school or work or brownies or cubs or football etc and would like to have a bit of fun, this could be a perfect opportunity for you!!
