I want to boost my iron ...

trying to compare , which one has the most absorbable iron per dose ,

any one had /take either with good results ?

No difference with floridex, ended up taking Ferrograd with vit c when my iron level went into freefall when I was pregnant. No side effects except black poo.

I use spatone and I've never had any side effects from it but I can't compare it to floridex because I've never used that...spatone did keep my haemoglobin up when I bled heavily from a miscarriage though so it works.

I find spatone more convenient - portable sachets and you don't have to keep it in the fridge. :)

thanks , just confusing on exactly how much iron each contains ...want to boost my iron , low ferratin result 11 although doc says not anemic ...so no need to prescribe pills , but can take some over counter if i want ??...so trying these out ...
feel shiiiit ...as got period so more loss ...
i suffer with 2 days full heavy ..then eases off for next 4 days ....
