Just that really.

I've had really bad runs on and off for the last few days. REALLY bad. But I feel hunky dory! It happens quite a bit, but not to this extent.

No nausea, no diet changes.

Confused

If it was a tummy bug I'd assume I'd feel sick too.

Try some Actimel drinks for a few days.

If it still continues after that, try cutting out wheat.

I was better when I went gluten free for a few weeks.

if it continues longer than a week, get a stool sample to your GP. Diahorrea is a red flag symptom.

Forgot about this thread!

Cutting out wheat does seem to help.

Higgle, THANK YOU! I cannot spell that word and google spellcheck gives me the American version. Believe me, I know a doctor who gives me terrible grief over my inability to spell that word! I didn't want to be vulgar (for once) and write "the trots" in a thread title! Grin Grin

Sounds like the 'loose' (oh what a lovely term) side of irritable bowel syndrome, tbh. Especially if you have no nausea/cramps. I used to suffer with IBS continually and had this every day. All I can say is that since I cut out wheat (gluten) it has improved 100%! I only have the occasional bout now.

If you can cut gluten for a week and see if the symptoms improve. If you have had this for a while I would go to the Dr to check it out.

I went to the GP once for it, but was in the waiting room for over an hour, fainted, and then had to go and get DD from school.

Since starting this thread I haven't eaten bread and it's been ok, although I'm on my period now, which makes a difference IMO.
Today though, I have eaten my body weight in toast, so we shall see tomorrow!
