Fit Flops making my hips and knees ache...why??

I have had them about a month now, and do have dodgy knees/hip from running years ago, but not had an issue for ages. Until now. Whcich seems counter to what i thought I had read about Fit Flops, arent they meant to be more cushioning and corrective then normal sandals? Could just be coincidental I guess but seems odd. Anyone else foudn they don't suit them?

I don't have any problems with SPD/hips/dodgy knees with mine.

No ideas why you would as you say usually people recommend them.possibly you are still adjusting?

Maybe they are making your body use muscles that you are not used to using?

MoldovanHardHatporn · 19/05/2011 20:23

Do you have flat feet/fallen arches?
