Should i go to doc with this abdo pain?

For the last 3 days I have had a spasm type pain very low on the right hand side of my stomach. About 2 inches higher than my pelvic bone.

It has turned into a persistent dull ache now (more localised than period pain) and I have been taking ibuprofen. Just don;t want to go to GP if I can help it but it is getting a bit annoying and sore now...

any other symptoms such as blood in the urine or fever. could be appendix. you could try this test. lie down and press the area firmly remove the pressure quickely if it hurts like mad it could be appendix

I have had a grumbling appendix before and this is different. No blood or fever. Just the pain. No period but I have the implant and do not have a regular cycle.

I feel the need to wee quite a bit but don't know if I am just getting myself at it!! Thanks for your reply Topsi!!
