My ds is having such a time of it and we can see the top layer of teeth coming through - looks like 3 at a time. He is hot and coughing and on occasion is bringing up phlegm in large quantities. But I am worried that he may have a tummy upset as his breath doesn't smell normal. It is not the usual sweet smell. He has red eyes and is pale. Giving him the usual Medised. Anyone else had this???
