Pelvic Floor toners

Hi all

Having suffered for a while from a bit of leaking when sneezing or attempting to run for a bus, I decided it was time to do something about it (not getting any younger etc etc Smile). So I bought the Tenscare itouch Sure.

It is easy to use and I haven't had any problems, only I wish I could be sure I am using it correctly. I expected to feel more of a pull on the pelvic floor, but while there is a definite tingling, there is only a feeling of a slight contraction, even with the setting on full. The literature is a bit confusing, with one bit saying you should feel a strong pull on the pelvic floor, but another bit saying you will feel a mild tingling sensation!

Has anyone else used one, and if so, what did it feel like? I'd love some feedback, as obviously I don't want to be sitting there day after day only to find I'm doing something wrong and not getting the benefit.

Thanks very much!
T
