and its bloody killing me , sat with heat bag and dosed up with pain killers

front no had a peiod 26 of nov, but getting little back ahce

I thought maybe SPD, postural or period ache. But it doesn't sound like any of those things - sorry. Can't pre-empt the doc, hope he can help.
