Small red/blood spots on DD's arms.

What could they be? Should we be worried?
They look abit like when you have pinched the skin,and the blood as come to the surface. But they are dotted all over her arms.

With no other info it's impossible to say but the meningitis rash looks like that so i would advise taking her up to see a doctor immediately to get it looked at - a&e etc and get someone medically qualified to actually see the rash and the child in context.

It isn't meningitis i'm more or less sure of that,although they don't disappear when pressed.
She has had afew for awhile but more are appearing.They are bright red and flat,you can't feel them.

I would pop her along to the GP if you haven't already. I had something like this and it turned out to be low platelets (I felt absolutely fine in myself and only got a blood test done because someone recognised the type of spots I had) Has she had a virus recently? Sometimes low platelets can be a post viral thing in children.
