I've got a cold (or hay fever?) at the moment and sneezing a lot. Really a lot.
2 or 3 times now I have had a sharp pain in my right breast when I've sneezed. Not every time I sneeze, it's happened 2 or 3 times, but it's been really painful. Is this most likely to just be muscular or should I be concerned?
