horrible painful and generally unsightly rash

The entirety of my right underarm, up towards the shoulder and my lower back has swelled up. The skin is coming off in clumps, it feels like it's burning and is agony when my clothes brush against it. The skin looks all shrivelled like an old apple.

I've just noticed a small patch under my other arm as well...what could this be?

Could be an infection, if it's burning, could be scolded skin syndrome, an infection caused normally by the staphlococcus bacteria. I'd go the doctors asap or a walk in clinic. The sooner treatment starts the better. Could also be an allergy.
