Feeling sh*tty and grumpy and miserable and struggling to cope with the effects of PMT. I know it will ease when period arrives, but by then I will be nauseous and have bad breath from all the chocolate I'll have eaten, not to mention will pbobably have put on weight as a result.

I used to have full-blown PMS before having children, but then I also had a job to keep me distracted, and the miserableness didn't last as long. And co-workers can cope with a colleague who's not their usual cheery self, whereas toddlers can't, and of course toddlers wind you up hugely when your tether is abnormally short.

Winge groan grumble.
