Had a lazy morning and felt bad so thought gym might help, usually gives me more energy/endorphins etc. I made myself keep going for 10 min as thought I was just being lazy but then had to stop, felt like I had done 10 hours not 10 min, and was at lowest setting too! Usually can do much more. Chest felt a bit sore. At one point heart rate thing jumped way down but that could have been a mistake of the machine because it went to 78, and my heart is never ever 78!
Been a tiny bit wheezey recently, could that have caused it?
When I was training for 10k, think that was 2 yrs ago now, I kept getting chest pain, palpatations and dizzy/black spots after exercise but this was a bit different.
Sitting on sofa now and no plans to move for rest of the day!
