Weight gain - I think it's connected to medication

I seem to have really piled on the pounds that past 4-8 weeks. In fact I have gone from a 16 to an 18- and thats a big gain for me, as I'd lsot a fair bit of weight.

I don't eat excessivley, although have started keeping a food diary, and exercise (well wlak a lot, and some of that is 3 year old pace so not burning off much)
However, in the past 2/3 months I ahve been started back on Amitryptiline 20mg, bendrofluamethazide, Amlodipin and Valstartan and I think it's one fothsoe doing it.
has anyoen else taken any 9or all) of those meds and faced a weight gain?

maybe consult your doctor about it?

ask for a change, I know its not the same but my sis was putting on alot of weight and hair (pco) with the pill, my mum got it changed.
