oral thrush, nursery or not nursery ?

My dd of 13mths has just been diagnosed with oral thrush. She's on antibiotic drops. Would you advise me to keep her at home or is it safe to let her go to nursery ? Is it contagious ? Thanks.

It's not contagious, she should be fine. Just warn them she might have a slightly sore mouth.
